Enchiladas Guadalajara

Two soft corn tortillas lightly dipped into a red sauce, filled with your choice of cheese, beef, chicken or shredded beef. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and Mexican queso fresco. Served with rice and beans, sour cream, onions, oregano and avocado slices.
